Threatning Behaviour & Arguments

In PH chat rooms we encourage friendly banter and accept that not all heated discussions deem removal. However those using threatening behaviour to staff or other users which surpasses what is acceptable shall be removed. We encourage people to take their arguments to PM where other users will not be disturbed.

Staff are here to help and join in, they are users and if you dish out abuse to them, expect it back. Please do not complain if staff gain the upperhand as your complaint will be deemed as petty. Likewise staff promise not to ban you if you get the upperhand in an argument. As with rule one, where possible arguments should always be taken to PM if it's disrupting other users enjoyment.


Behaviour on Cam

No sexual activity / cybering on cam (this includes showing of the following: mooning, breasts, crotches, privates, masturbation) as this will lead to a permanent ban from the chat room. If you see any of this happening in chat could you please get a screenshot and send it to one of our staff and it will be dealt with ASAP!

Anyone seen to be doing anything illegal on cam will be removed and we will cooperate fully with the police.


General Chat Rules

We ask nicely for users not to post their email addresses/phone numbers or any other personal information in the chatroom where everyone can see We urge users not to give out their personal details please keep them safe. If you wish to share your own info with another user, please do so via the private message function

Please do not post links to sexually explicit material or other websites suggesting ways to obtain copyrighted material. Doing so will result in a ban.

Users are to use only their accounts at their own discretion. We advise users not to let other members use their accounts in case they use it in an unacceptable way and the owner of the account will have the responsibility on what happens on the account. Likewise those found to be allowing a banned user on their account will be removed.

There is no limit on flooding if it is in a conversation way. For example -

Someone talking
like this to someone
about what they are doing tonight
and tomorrow and wants to know
what other users are going to get up to

Any flooding like this underneath, you will be asked nicely not to do. If you carry on you will find yourself warned again and removed.

...this is done more then 5 times you will be removed from the chat room as you are disrupting.This rule will also remain intact regardless of the amount of users in the room or how many users are talking at the time.

ProfileHeaven staff operate with a warn / warn / kick strategy. After two warning for the user due to not complying with the rules, Moderators & Administrators will take action, leading to a kick.

Users will refrain from referring to other peers in a manner which could be deemed libel. In such circumstances users will be removed from chat or site until proof of accusations can be produced. This site does not condone such actions and will cooperate fully with the law..
