QUOTE(Badger @ Jan 4 2008, 4:34 PM) I thought since diet has been discussed a lot recently i thought we could post what we eat daily in here. Obviously a day after you ate it - otherwise you won't be able to post everything you ate. Yesterday....(03/01/08) I had: Breakfast: Nothing. Lunch: Nothing. Mid afternoon (About 2pm): half a banana. Dinnertime: A cup of tomato soup....with bread ( (IMG: http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/emot-fail.gif) @ me for having bread) (IMG: http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Good luck with your health in later life. QUOTE(middelmatig @ Jan 4 2008, 4:43 PM) Breakfast - cup of coffee
Coffee x2
Lunch - Veggie burger and salad
Coffee x1
Thats it so far!
I'm trying to cut down and lose the half a stone I gained over Xmas :S Possibly the worst way to loose weight, you're not eating nearly enough calories for your body to function properly.

just curious how many cals is needed for a body to function properly? Varies greatly from person to person. You need to find out your maintenance calorie level then eat between 200 - 500 cals less to loose weight. You also need to retain a high level of protein intake to prevent you loosing muscle aswell/instead of fat. QUOTE(middelmatig @ Jan 4 2008, 5:39 PM) Bloody hell that's not my diet!!!! Thats just today! I'm going to have dinner! I like my food! You posted what you had ate and then said you were trying to loose weight.. QUOTE(SamboSillyBalls @ Jan 4 2008, 5:43 PM) Yesterday? Hmm. Nothing till about 4..then I had tea and edam cheese, yoghurt..then later i had crispy lamb pancakes, then later i had a burger, then later i had tea and hula hoops...Yea. My diet is extremely shit folks, I am pretty drunk most nights too so anyadvice I give is basically do as i say not as i DO (IMG: http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) Tut tut. QUOTE(luciferswench @ Jan 4 2008, 5:43 PM) 2500 - recommended daily amount as set by the government. That's probably a bit on the high side for a woman.
