Based on the order your wrote that does it mean you only had an alpen bar for breakfast? (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Why not have like 2 wheatabix with skimmed milk and a couple bits of fruit (blueberries are good as antioxidants.. or any berries for that matter).
Or wholemeal toast and a poached egg

When you cut around the drinks you've added in, the fact that you've eaten a bar, a sandwich, soup and a sausage roll is shocking. It's like you're adding the drinks to your list and counting them as food?

She's said before she can't stomach much for breakfast so I'm guessing that's why she'd only have an alpen bar and not the things you've suggested. I used to be much the same.

I think Colleen you're still focussing on quantity/calories on the packet rather than eating good food and lots of it. For example cashew nuts are really high in calories yet are much better for you than something equally high like a chocolate bar.

My best friend during her attention seeking phases does stupid things with her diet.. she'll refuse to have a sandwich for lunch, and then go and have a double choc cream frapacinno or whatever it is, cup full of calories anyways, and thinks it's alright.

Wooptey-fucking-do. Watch you don't turn into a fat fuck with your glass of milk and your tangerine.

How hard is it to understand what a decent diet is? You're always on about loosing weight or this that and the next thing and you're painfully fucking clueless.

It's pretty scary that you don't even KNOW what a good diet is Colly.

I know I don't eat one, but I know what one is, and what I would eat if I wanted to be healthier... Cans of diet coke, glasses of milk etc aren't food. You're gonna make yourself ill.

OT:

Wheetos with semi-skimmed milk for brekkie

and I'm supping on a cheeky can of diet coke I left half drunk last night (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Fucking lol (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Colly I eat less but what i eat fills me up until my next meal. What your eating isn't portions it's snacks. It's like your starving yourself. As soon as you start eating proper meals your gonna find it hard to keep all the weight off.

OT I didn't have any breakfast because I had the dentist so didn't really have time to. Buy by the time I got back I made a cheese ham and onion omelett(sp). A packet of skips and some carrots and houmous, with about 1L of water today.
