Rhonda you said you'd been exercising, so whereas you eat crap, at least you're burning off the fat if you're doing cardio. But the first bit of weight is a lot easier to lose, its when you're only a little bit overweight that its hard work. Plus your body gets used to the exercise so you have to keep stepping it up and altering it all.

well we'll see how i go when i take it back up again next week

if i dont lose any i'll step it up

To be honest, Rhonda's diet is realistically the reason for her suppressed horomones, she has no maternal instinct or any sex drive, it's basic.

You'll be loosing water weight, muscle and fat, instead of just fat, due to your diet.

Well, I don't care about what you think, what you've been eating has a huge effect on you. I mean, just think of all the lasting insecurities you still have that were born when you were a size 18/20. Your diet affects your hormones, and your sex drive. You probably were never wanting to have sex because you didn't feel sexy or things like that, and your terrible diet has affected that too, whether you've lost weight or not. I'm just saying, when someone is overweigt, doesn't want kids, doesn't want sex, and has a terrible lifestyle/diet I'd say they're somewhat correlated.

not wanting kids has nothing to do with diet
