Here at Profileheaven we aim to keep our forums as relaxed and as enjoyable as possible. To do so, we have the following guidelines in place. Please make sure you are fully aware them and if you have any questions, feel free to message a member of staff.

Racism & Sectarianism.
Although disputed there is a fine line. Racism and Sectarianism that is maliciously directed towards a particular user will result in a 10% contribution to your warn level. All other cases of racism or Sectarianism are to be reported using the report button located on the bottom left hand corner of a post - - it will then be at admin discretion.

There are however terms in which are strictly prohibited from gracing the forums for example - 'Nigger', 'Honkey', 'Hun' etc. In the event of terms like these occurring it will lead to a warn and then ban upon repetition scenario.

User Disputes.
As a user you are responsible for your interactions with other Profileheaven users. Administrators and moderators reserve the right but have no obligation to monitor and intervene in the case of a dispute breaking out between users. If a dispute becomes too personal, it will result in threads or posts being deleted or locked. In these cases, we ask that you appeal to your sense of morality and discuss personal and private matters off of the forums.

If you feel as though a dispute has gone too far, then please report the posts in question and an Administrator will deal with it accordingly.

Please not that an increase in warn levels will be again at admin discretion.

Prohibited Content.
Any prohibited content that is posted will be removed. If repeatedly done so this may lead to a 10% contribution of your warn level. This contains:
- Pornographic images or images of a sexual nature.
- Links that lead to illegal data such as downloading music, videos and software.
- The advertisement of other websites.
- Wares.

Spam.
This includes repeatedly posting the same post multiple times or flooding. If you do wish to flood, your posts will be deleted and if you do wish to encourage spam the thread will be locked.

Distasteful humour.
Anything in which is thought to be distasteful may be removed without warning.

Accusations of a serious nature.
These will not be tolerated and Profileheaven fully reserves the right to remove anything in which they deem to be offensive and of a slander like nature. This includes insinuations of pedophilia. This will not be tolerated. If you are worried, with reason that a user may be of concern then use the 'Contact us' button and the situation will be monitored closely.

Personal information.
Although we are aware that we are a social networking site, user safety is amongst our priorities. We understand that you may wish to communicate with a user by means other than Profileheaven but we ask that you do not post:
- Home postal addresses.
- Email addresses.
- Telephone numbers.

If you do so, this information will be removed.

Warn Levels.
30% = 1 day ban.
40% = 2 day ban.
50% = 3 day ban.
60% = 1 week ban.
70% = 2 week ban.
80% = Month ban.
90% = 3 Month ban.
100% = Forum access removed.
