In addition to the general rules the following applies to the helpdesk:
No spurious posts. (i.e. junk/insults/never knew that existed) All posts are in the form of a question about an issue with the site. Only posts to do with the question itself will be allowed A points system will be introduced to reward people who help with questions in ~ 3 months time. Please check back if you post a question and respond if it fixes your issue or not then it can be closed. Questions will be closed if no reply after 1 week of notifcation to reply and assumed fixed.
