It's not really natural pb, but the nutrients are pretty much the same. I can't find natural pb anywhere these days.

Quorn with chopped tomatoes, mixed herbs, mushrooms and red onion.

The last meal that I cooked was stir fried pork with hoi sin sauce, Asian greens and gingered jasmine rice.

Not bad. I'll use less ginger next time.

Lime is great for countering strong ginger, I soak the ginger in lime first sometimes...epic flavour win.
