Should you wish to report an underage (under-13) user on the site anonymously then you can do so by scrolling down to the bottom of the profile that belongs to the underage user and clicking the "Report Profile" link on the bottom of the page of the profile.

This will send a report to an administrator informing them of the profile, and will be dealt with as soon as humanly possible.
