My weight is up and down all the time, i can lose and gain pounds within a matter of weeks.
Recently though, I've found that I've hardly any appetite, I can't eat alot either as I get full really quickly and I've no idea why (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

got weighed last night and iv lost 3 1/2 pounds whooooo im really happy! so now i weigh 10.6 pounds so im only 1/2 pound away 4rm loosing half a stone! ( if any1 understands what im going on about!)

ive put on half a lbs this week, meh! fucking time of the month! (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

so ive increased my exercises to 2x on the exercise bike - 13 miles, 500 cals, 22-23mph each time

then every other day im going to do my exercise dvd with the bike (as above) at night

how much have u lost now? i know u had lost 5, but then u said u gained 2, and now another half lb? so is that just 2.5 uve lost?

thats quite shitty for the amount of time uve been doing it to be fair, i gain around 4lbs when im on my period tho, absoloutely cain your excericise and really watch your diet while your on, i always find i loose more when im on for some reason.

it is just liquid anyways, drink loads to get rid of any bloatedness

Since starting a fitness programme and eating healthily again (5 portions of fruit veg a day, protein with EVERY meal - I'm a veggie and skipped it a lot. Only 2 slices of bread a day tops etc And starting to eat breakfast instead of skipping it) I've lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks.

Fitness workout 3x a week (X trainer 3 mins high resistance 1 minute no resistance repeated 6 times) then free weights for arms, abs and leg work (lunges, squats, ski sits, dips etc) All in all about an hour.

Stomach crunches. Set of 25 followed by a 10 second plank repeated 4 times. Everyday...which has given me quick good results.

I'm losing motivation now I've hurt my leg.

I haven't gained or lost anything this week. Still the same as last week.

I'm a bit peed off, but I did have a pizza during the week and a few extras that I shouldn't have had!
