iansgirl exactly the same here!

I haven't gained or lost anything this week. Still the same as last week.

I'm a bit peed off, but I did have a pizza during the week and a few extras that I shouldn't have had!

Better than gaining it tho.

(IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

yeah i was a bit pissed off too

something in the air maybe? (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

but very true though it is better than putting on and i know i havnt ate more than i did the week before but i didnt do as much exercise though

Ok Im going to post here cause my first month of exercise and diet is complete... and I ahve dropped a total of 22 lbs....
(which for your Brits is 14 lbs per stone)

I am very happy with the result, and I am continuing as I want to lose about 28 more lbs by October.

(IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Averaging 2 lb weight loss a week is phenominal which is a good chance I will keep it off at this rate. No fad dieting strict exercise often through out the day (all cardo and 250 crunches a night) .. 95% carb free and 75% fat free diet (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Week 5

Lost 2 lbs this week.

So in the past 5 weeks I have lost a total of 11 lbs.

(IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I am happy... because other diets I've done, it has taken me about 4 weeks to even lose 4 lbs (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) .

Still got another 20 lbs to go (hopefully by August because that's when I go on holiday (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )

Week 7

Unfortunatley I haven't lost any weight this week. If anything, the scales are saying I've gained 1/4 of a lb (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) lol. So that's cool I spose LOL. Better than gaining a whole lb (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I haven't lost or gained in about a month now, my weight's staying steady at 11st (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Mainly 'cause I've had a few pigout sessions and then worked extra hard to make up for it I think. I've just upped my exercise though so that I do sprints instead of just jogging.

I think I eat too little for the amount of exercise I do now (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

In a day I usually:

Run for 12 and a half minutes at 5mph, then increase it to 6mph for 2 and a half minutes.
Bike 3 miles.
Play football for 2 hours.
Bike 3 miles.
Run for 12 and a half minutes at 5mph, then increase it to 6mph for 2 and a half minutes.
+ weights when I can be bothered.

And I'm still only eating 1500 calories.

I'm usually absolutely starving by 10 o clock and pig out (IMG:http://www.profileheaven.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/emot-fail.gif)

I think you're right. But I also think you are smart enough to know what to do so I won't suggest anything. But use one of those fancy online calculaters that spits out calories to be eaten and stuff.

Oasis, explain to me the stone system. People in Canada have no idea what it is.

5' 9.9"

It probably is, but I still have a podgy belly and legs. The rest of me is ok now.

That makes me 12.1 ish stones. Woooo
I suppose you look at it like they use BMI and compare it to height and have healthy ranges etc.

You're doing a lot of exercise which is good. Just try to have focuses on which way you want to head. Either maintaining your look, losing fat and leaning up, or bulking up. And then I'm sure you can figure out what to eat accordingly.
