Yeah, and I was still eating good and that.
Came straight back on within like a week.

How else can you come off them?

nah, i still ate 3 times a day, tbf I'm not exactly your height or weight etc, its obv gonna take more for me for things to have same effect, one day i took 3 and i pure sweated all day long, had to keep drinking water constantly lol

I'm 11 stone the now and I feel really obese. I'm aiming to get around 10. Don't want to loose too much as I don't think ill suit it.

I put on a bra today and me thinking my boobs were getting bigger, they're getting smaller, they had that big gap you get between the cup and your boobs. I was devastated.

I have colon cleanse ones that I take at weekends as I'm running back and forward to the toilet. Once they have finished working I don't feel bloated etc at all.

i started a new training prog last week and tomorrows my weigh day, i was holding water from my period last fri tho so i expect to see a pretty massive drop lol

This dress is a 14, Although you can't really see it it baggy around my stomach.

That was my Goal dress, I bought it ages ago and although it fitted me I felt like I would have to not breath all night so it would look silly. So now it's got a wee bit of room between my belly and the dress. I have another dress that's smaller than that and that one is my next target.
