For my birthday I'm thinking about treating myself to a nice hire car for the day for some posing etc. What do you recommend?
They do "Hypercar" hire too, but they are pretty expensive and need huge deposits (koenigsegg and Bugatti Veyron for example).
My GF used to work here so I'm sure she could get me a slight deposit? (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)
I just can't decide what I would like to spend the day in most (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I think that's kinda sad that you'd actually say 'for some posing'. Even if you think it, why would you say it?

Doesn't it kind of defeat the object? Doing some posing... in this car that isn't mine..

Well that's the most fucking ridiculous thing ever. I assume you've seen the prices? You'd pay up to £700 for A DAY to 'pose' in a car that isn't yours?

I hope it has a rental sticker in the window.

Paying £700 a day gives me posing rights. If you could afford it you would...

No they don't have rental stickers on the window.

Lol, I can afford it, thanks. I wouldn't though, cause I'm not idiotic enough to piss that kind of money away to pretend I'm something I'm not.

It doesn't give you posing rights, it just shows you want to act like you can afford one of those cars, when you can actually only have it for a day.

I want to "treat" myself for my birthday. It's a novelty present to myself since I can afford it, and I think it would be a fun way to spend my 30th. Yes, if I'm driving around in a new Ferrari I would be posing. Anyone would (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
If I wanted to buy a Ferrari I could, but I would rather hire one for a day than waste tens of thousands of pounds buying one.
You seem like a jealous little internet troll. (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I was thinking about the Bentley too for a while, but I would really want one of those for a weekend to drive to Paris or something far away to appreciate it properly. I think something fast and silly would be a better bet for a days hire (IMG:http://media.profileheaven.com/images/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Wasting money by buying one? How exactly does that work? At least you have the car and therefore an asset. By hiring one you're just pissing money away for a bit of 'posing'.

Lol, trust me, I have no reason to be jealous.

Instead of hiring a car, why not do a track day where you drive several supercars?

Be more fun tbf. Can get a package to drive 10 supercars for 895
