Well that's assuming one blames sex ed for high teenage pregnancy. I'm not so sure.

Pumping a shit load of money into Sex Ed will prevent sweet fuck all. It's not going to change the fact that people are having sex underage and unprotected. It's just one of those things that has happened, the same way they are trying to tackle binge drinking. It just wont happen.
