There are documents at my HR department. Since I work at a Fortune 100 company, they cover sexual harassment. According to them, all I need do is insinuate something. Or, felt by the harassee of insinuating something. For this, you can face sexual harassment charges. You don't even have to say it to the harassee directly. If they overhear a comment, and feel it "perpetuates a culture of hostility towards them" then it can be called harassment.

There's a famous case from Milwaukee about Miller Beer. A worker repeated the punch-line to a Seinfeld episode (in the episdoe, they referred to someone whose name rhymes with a female body part -- Delores!). The worker was fired for sexual harrassment.

Don't think for a second you are safe from this for any reason.

I once worked at a company where two female workers constantly made comments about the "physical attributes" of men. Management responded saying, "there's nothing to be done about it." When a male co-worker asked, "if she can go to the men and say 'Nice ass', can I go to her and say, 'Nice tits?'" Immediately, he was reprimanded and forced to go to sensitivity training.
