2:24am - 09/11/08The best thing ive ever done
It was actually awesome.
It took ages to do cause when i was first getting the anasthetic put into my tongue i started to feel wonky so chilled out for a bit, the i got over that and the hemostats went on but it hurt too much and i started feeling well ill - so we left it for a while. When i finally went back to getting anethatized it was all good. I didnt feel bad anymore and the hemostats didnt hurt as much as before. After about 45 mins Tanya took the hemostats off and cut my tongue, i didnt even feel it go through. After that though when it was getting gauzed up to stop the bleeding (of which there wasnt too much) the pain really kicked in and it hurt like hell, then that went away as i was chilling out and i got the best endorphin rush ever.
I love it - ive wanted it for like 4 years and ive finally got it done. Ive learnt how to cross the two sides over together already. My toungue is still pretty numb and i have to gauze it before i go to bed tonight.
I also bought a 5mm septum ring thats tapered (I couldnt get a plug in for the life of me) and ive put that through so my face now hurts - but i got a mint endorphin rush off that aswell so its all good.
